ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

I just placed my order. Can I still make changes to my cart?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to add or remove items.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

What is your return policy?

All merchandise returned can be exchanged or issued store credit. Returns and Exchanges must be made within 10 days of the in store purchase date. The original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tags attached.

Sale merchandise, fragrances, candles, swim, shoes and jewelry are final sale. 

Do you offer exchanges?

We apologize, but we are unable to process exchanges. If you require a different size, color, or item, please return the unwanted item(s) using our returns process and place a new order for the item(s) you wish to receive.
