FAQ – Luxe Society Active

Return Policy: Return Labels will not be provided, but we do accept returns within 7 days of the date of purchase for a refund or exchange. All original tags must be attached and clothing/accessories must be unwashed/unworn, along with the receipt.

Shipping: We ship from our brick and mortar store in Bozeman, MT and packages will ship within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. If the order is placed after 12 pm MST on Friday the package will ship out the following Monday. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. We typically ship UPS or USPS. 


What is your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of the day of purchase, as long as the item or items are unwashed and have the original tags.

Can I change my order after it's placed?

Unfortunatly, after your order has been placed, we cannot make any changes. Please send us an email with your questions or concerns and we will do our best to help.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Orders that are placed after 12 pm Friday or over the weekend will ship the following Monday.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped we will send an email that includes your shipping confirmation and tracking information.

If I see something on instagram that isn't on the website can I purchase it?

Yes, not everything you see on instagram/social media or in store will be located on our website. Please send us a message and we can send you an invoice for anything you see on our social pages.

How can I be the first to see when events, promotions or sales are happening?

Please subscribe to our mailing list and you will be the first to find out anything new that is happening at Luxe Society Active, including the newest sales and events.
