Luxe Society Rewards

What are Luxe Society Rewards?

Luxe Society Rewards is a free program where you can earn points on purchases, reviews, and your birthday. These points can be redeemed for discounts on your orders.

How do I Earn Points?

Ways to earn points:
Create an Account with Luxe Society (50 points)
Points for every purchase (1 Point for every $1 Spent)
Sign up for SMS Notifications (25 Points)
Follow Us on Instagram (25 Points)

Birthday Rewards

A Birthday gift of 100 reward points will be added to your account on your birthday. In order to earn your birthday points on time it is best to submit your birthday at least 30 days in advance, otherwise you may experience a delay in receiving your points.

How do I use Points?

To use your points proceed through the checkout process as you normally would.

Once you reach the shipping page of checkout you will be given the option to use your earned points, please remember you must be logged in, in order for your points to show.

There is no minimum spend to apply your points. Your points will not expire so long as you log into your account at least once within a year.

How do I check my points balence?

You can check your points on either your account once you've logged in or rewards page which can be found in the upper right hand corner. Be sure to log in to see your points!

Do I lose points if I make a return?

If you make a return the points for that purchase will be deducted from your account.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
