Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We strive to ship orders the same day when possible. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. on Fridays will ship the following Monday

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders of $200.00 or more.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary by shipping method:

  • Economy Shipping: 5 to 8 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days
Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information, which you can use to check the estimated delivery date.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout, any additional taxes and duties upon arrival the customer is responsible for.

What is your return policy?

Full Price Merchandise can be returned within 7 days of receiving your package.

Sale/Discounted Merchandise, Swim, Jewelry, Shoes, Candles, Beauty are FINAL SALE

Returned merchandise must be in original condition, including unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tags attached.

Do you offer exchanges?

Please send us a message with what you're wanting to exchange and we can get you taken care of.

How do I submit a return request?

To initiate a return, log into your account on our website, select the items you wish to return, choose a reason, and submit your request. If approved, you'll receive a prepaid return label and instructions.

Is there a fee for return shipping?

Yes, there is a flat $10.00 fee for return shipping, which will be deducted from your store credit.

How long does it take to process my return?

After we receive your returned items, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return and issue store credit or refund.
