Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how you can return or exchange your items.

  • Return Period: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of the in-store purchase or 30 days for online purchases.
  • Eligible Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale merchandise, fragrances, candles, swimwear, shoes, and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $10.00 will be charged for return shipping.
  • Refund Options: Store credit or exchange only; no restocking fee applies.

How to Submit a Return Request Online

  1. Go to the profile icon on our site, select “Return” from the navigation, or go directly to our returns page.
  2. Log in to your account:
    • Enter your email address and click “Continue.”
    • Retrieve the six-digit verification code from your email and enter it on our site.
  3. Locate the order with the items you wish to return.
  4. Select items, choose a return reason, and add any notes.
  5. Submit your request. If approved, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and a prepaid return label.

After we receive and inspect the return, store credit will be issued.
