We’ve received several questions about when we’ll be reopening our Luxe Society storefront in Bozeman, and we wanted to share a transparent update.
In the spring of 2023, we entered into an agreement for a temporary space inside the Gallatin Valley Mall while construction continued on our permanent location in the new Gallatin Crossing Outdoor Development.
However, during that time, the Gallatin Valley Mall Group signed a non-compete agreement with Lululemon, without our prior knowledge. This agreement prevents any activewear brand from opening a storefront in the new development.
Since learning of this, we’ve been in ongoing negotiations with the mall group for an alternative space outside the mall. Unfortunately, this has caused unexpected delays in our opening plans for this fall, and as of now, we don’t have an exact timeline for when the new space will be ready.
While we work tirelessly to resolve this issue, we want to pause and say thank you. Your support over the past five years has allowed Luxe Society to continue growing — both online and within our incredible community. We’re deeply grateful to our customers, brand partners, and teams who make this journey possible.
In the meantime, our online store remains open and stronger than ever. We’ll continue to host pop-ups and offer free local delivery (Monday–Friday) to serve our Bozeman community while we navigate this transition.
We are sincerely thankful to everyone who continues to believe in our brand, vision, and mission. Though this situation is a setback, it’s only a small roadblock on the path toward something greater — a space that truly represents Luxe Society and all that we stand for.
